Toni Prickett
Toni
Prickett is the owner and founder of Region Insights, an educational entity whose primary focus is helping educators
build internal capacity. She facilitates individuals and groups who desire a deeper understanding of constructivist
learning, group development, group facilitation, and coaching. As a National Training Associate for the Center
for Cognitive Coaching and the Center for Adaptive Schools, she has the privilege of helping state
departments of education, superintendents, principals, staff developers, and teachers enhance their own capacity
to be self-reflective and self-governing. In addition to educators, she enjoys opportunities to facilitate the
planning and decision-making processes of businesses and civic organizations. Toni is also certified as an Immunities
to Change trainer based on Robert Kegan's constructive-developmental work. She has had the privilege of presenting
at both state and national conferences and presents for the international schools.
Toni has both an undergraduate and graduate degree in mathematics and has teaching experience at the elementary, middle and high school levels. She cites her students, both past and present, as her greatest teacher.
